• Workspace content — messages, tasks, approvals, and related metadata you create in the product.
• Marketing site data — contact form submissions and basic analytics about how this website is used.
• Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, and logs needed to run and secure the service.

3. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve Watudo.
• To respond to sales, support, and security inquiries.
• To send service-related notices (and marketing only where allowed).
• To detect abuse, prevent fraud, and keep workspaces isolated and secure.

4. AI processing

Watudo may analyze message content to suggest tasks or decision briefs. Suggestions are shown for human confirmation before becoming permanent workspace records. We do not sell your workspace content.

5. Sharing

We share data with infrastructure and subprocessors only as needed to run the product (for example hosting and email delivery), under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Retention

We keep account and workspace data while your organization uses Watudo, and contact inquiries for a reasonable period to follow up and improve support. You can request deletion subject to legal retention needs.

7. Your choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal data. Contact us to make a request. App account settings (on app.watudo.com) control product preferences.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
